To keep your Executive Society items in great shape, please follow these simple suggestions:
Don’t put it through the washing machine or jump in a pool with it. Basically, avoid getting it wet.
Avoid showering or washing your hands with your jewelry on. Soap is very corrosive.
Avoid grinding your jewelry on hard surfaces. This can cause the plating to scratch.
Avoid getting your items caught on protruding objects. Our jewelry is handmade. Handle it with love!
Do not let your jewelry come in contact with any harsh chemicals.
When taking your items off, do so with caution. Tugging hard on the strings or beads could cause some of the materials to break.
Avoid wearing your jewelry during strenuous physical activity or while sweating.

Jewelry Warranty Term: Lifetime
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the jewelry that were present upon receiving the product. Damage caused to the plating will not be covered by this warranty.
To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. In the email Subject Line please write “Jewelry Warranty Claim”. Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.)
Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
Aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the colour such as subtle colour changes to the plating, etc.
Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.
REGULAR-PRICED AND SALES MERCHANDISE
Customers may return or exchange items up to 30 days after delivery. If the item you purchased went on sale within 30 days of your purchase date we will refund the price difference at your request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS
Please allow up to 14 days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. Failure to provide the item back in its original EXSO branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available or if it is discontinued we will contact you directly about a refund or exchange. EXSO is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
If your purchase was shipped with an upgraded shipping method i.e Fedex or DHL and used a shipping address in the United States, please contact email@example.com to request a label. Our customer service team will then send you the return label via email.
